"My first impression of discmakers wasn’t…"
My first impression of Disc Makers wasn’t great. I went with them because they had a lot of customization options for the covers and disc printing, and that part was actually nice once I got into it. I was able to get close to the look I wanted. But right away, the setup felt more confusing than it needed to be. Some choices weren’t explained very clearly, and I kept having to click around just to figure out what was changing the price. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the whole custom ordering process could definitely be easier to understand.

"Super easy process"
Disc Makers was really easy to work with. Their emails were clear, and I always knew exactly what step my order was on. I didn’t have to guess or keep chasing anyone down, which was way better than some other places I’ve dealt with...

My order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated at all. The discs were totally fine, but the timing really threw off my event and made things way more stressful than they needed to be

"CDs came out sounding great"
I got my CDs back from Disc Makers and they sounds really good. No weird jumps in volume or dull parts, and they play clear both in my car and on my home stereo. I’m happy with how close it is to my original mix.

"Really solid quality and worth it"
I was happy with my order from Disc Makers. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect ordering online, but the discs came out looking really clean and the colors were even better than I thought they’d be. The printing didn’t look cheap or blurry at all, which was a big relief. The cases were packed well too, and nothing showed up cracked or damaged. Overall, everything felt professional and well done. Personally, I’d say it was definitely worth it and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again...

"Good overall, but a little disappointing"
Some of the discs looked really great, which made me happy at first, but a few had slight color differences that were a bit disappointing. They’re still usable, so it’s not a total loss, but I do wish the final batch had been more consistent.

I had a problem with my order and, okay, it did get fixed in the end, but the whole support process took longer than I was hoping. They were helpful once things got moving, I just wish it had been a bit quicker.

"Polite staff, but replies took a while"
The staff were polite and friendly, but the replies were slow. I’m assuming they’re either usually busy or maybe just have a slower response process, because it felt like I was waiting longer than expected.

"Upload Issue Got Fixed, But It Shook My Confidence a Bit"
I ran into a weird problem trying to upload my album files and wasn’t sure if I had messed something up or if it was the platform. It definitely made me a little less confident in the process. Support did get back to me quickly though, and they walked me through it in a way that was easy to follow. Everything was fixed the same day, which I appreciated. Still, the issue did make me a bit more cautious going forward

I had a question about my order because I wasn’t sure if I picked the right option?? So I messaged Disc Makers, and they got back to me quickly, which was such a relief!! The person who helped me was really nice and explained everything in a simple, normal way... not like some copy-and-paste response. It made the whole situation way less stressful!!! Overall, really good customer service.

"Felt Relieved Everything Came Out Right"
I was a little nervous placing the order because I really didn’t want to deal with missing items or random changes. But everything showed up exactly how I sent it in, the artwork, track list, and quantity were all correct the first time. That made me feel really relieved and like I could trust the process. Super easy, no hassle at all.

"Was skeptical, but the box held up"
I’ll be honest, I was a little worried this was going to be one of those things that looks fine at first and then falls apart when you actually need it. I hate feeling like I got fooled by a product. But the box held up well and did what it was supposed to do, so I’m relieved and happy with it.
